Haas Formula 1 Team to Make Its Debut at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Get ready for an exciting summer as the Haas Formula 1 team is all set to make its debut at the prestigious Goodwood Festival of Speed in July! As an official partner, this will mark their first appearance at this iconic event.

Celebrating a Decade in Formula 1 Racing

To celebrate their tenth season in the sport, the Gene Haas-owned team will be the only F1 team to have an interactive hub. Drivers Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman are set to take on the famous hillclimb, with more drivers yet to be announced. The VF-23 and VF-24 will feature across the weekend, and the team’s first car, the VF-16, will be displayed alongside the current VF-25.

Team principal Ayao Komatsu expressed his delight about this historic debut, commenting, “I’m so glad to finally announce our debut at the 2025 Festival of Speed, it’s a secret that’s been very hard to keep.” He further added, “It makes perfect sense for us to celebrate our tenth season in the sport with some of the most knowledgeable and passionate fans in the world.

Drivers Share Their Excitement

Oliver Bearman, who will be attending Goodwood for the second time, shared his enthusiasm, saying, “I’m over the moon to be attending Goodwood this year. It’s such a fantastic event for the UK and I was lucky enough to be there last year, so this will be my second visit to Goodwood.

Esteban Ocon, who will join Bearman on the hillclimb, expressed his anticipation, saying, “The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an amazing event. I’ve been there once in the past but I’m really looking forward to going with the team this year as it is 10 seasons since MoneyGram Haas F1 Team joined Formula 1.

Ocon further added, “We’re going to have lots of exciting things to show – it’s a celebration for us – and it’s great that we can share with fans as well. It’s always fun as we’re driving the cars we love and on top of that, there’s no pressure – you’re there just to have fun and share those moments with everyone there.

A Highlight of Our Year

Ayao Komatsu concluded by saying, “There are going to be a lot more announcements to come around what we’re going to be doing at Goodwood. It’s going to be one of the highlights of our year.”
